Committee Chair
This advisory committee represents NAHRO’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisory Committee (DEIAC) developed a diversity, equity and inclusion framework, which was approved by the NAHRO Board of Governors. At NAHRO conferences, DEIAC also convenes panels and roundtables on diversity, equity and inclusion. NAHRO has at various times examined the issue of diversity and these efforts produced a Diversity Statement, adopted by the BOG in 2013 and available on the About NAHRO webpage.
DEIAC also has three subcommittees:
- The Educate, Innovate, Elevate and Act Subcommittee (EIEA, formerly Club 21)
- The LGBTQ+ Subcommittee
- The Policy and Partnerships Subcommittee
